Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Providing this notice will entitle you to a full refund.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled set up, a $40 cancellation fee will apply, and any food or drink add-ons will be non-refundable.
Weather Policy
We understand that weather can be unpredictable, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure you have a successful beach day.
Here are a couple options you can choose from:
1. Cancel with a full refund (you must cancel before we begin setting up.)
2. Reschedule
3. Move forward and cross your fingers!

If you decide to move forward:
1. We may move the start time in order to avoid the rain, as we cannot set up in rain/lightening.
2. We may move your setup to a different beach to avoid the rain.
3. We may breakdown your setup if thunderstorms are actively approaching to ensure everyone's safety.
4. If it begins to rain during your setup, you are more than welcome to leave and find shelter. However, once your umbrellas and chairs have been setup we will not be able to refund you.
5. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and provide a 80% refund if we have exhausted all of our options and just cant make it happen.
If winds are 15mph or above, please lower the umbrellas as strong winds will damage our umbrellas!
FAQ's
Q:What all is included in the setup?
A: All rental setups include: The delivery/setup and take down, chairs, umbrella(s), beach towels, beach blankets, 1 small table per umbrella, an ice chest with 1 water per chair, sunscreen, Bluetooth speaker, iPhone charger with a portable battery, mini safe and a small trash bin.
Q: What beaches do you service?
A: We are we local Tampa Bay company and we service Pass-a-grille beach and upham beach. We are hoping to expand to more beaches soon!

Q:Is there food and drinks?
A: Each setup includes one bottle of water per chair. We do offer charcuterie boards and other drink options through our add-ons. If you would prefer something else to eat, you are more than welcome to order takeout at your favorite restaurant nearby and we will accommodate delivery to your setup!

Q: What about alcohol?
A: Most of the beaches along St. Pete Beach do not allow alcohol. As of now we do not offer an alcohol add on. However, if you are in an area that does allow alcohol you are welcome to put your drinks in the yeti provided.

Q:Can i leave my setup and walk around the beach?
A: Absolutely! But please be aware that we are not responsible for your personal items while you are gone. You can always put your valubles in the mini safe provided!

Q:Can we leave when we're done, or do we need to wait for you?
A: You are more than welcome to leave! no need to wait. When you are ready to go, please text 727-300-1104 that you are leaving.

A: We sell additional hours for $50/hour. Please contact us if you would like to extend your setup and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Q:What kind of sunscreen is provided?
A:We provide Sunbum 70spf sunscreen with every set up. Please let us know if you have any kids or babies in the group as we also have Sunbum kids 50spf as well as Babybum 50spf that is fragrance free, vegan and hypoallergenic.
We have the spray and lotion version of the sunbum 70spf and the sunbum kids 50spf, so please let us know which you would prefer!

Q: What is included in the kids package?
A: The kids package includes beach toys (such as buckets, shovels, sand castle molds, etc), kid/baby sunbum sunscreen, a pack of wet wipes, and kid friendly snacks + drinks (such as goldfish/cheezits/fruit snacks/animal crackers/water/juice...if you are wanting other options please let us know!)

Q:Whats included in the decor packages?
A: Each decor package is different based on the theme. Birthdays: happy birthday banner, balloons, table centerpiece, small cake. Flowers + dessert: Take home Flower arrangement and macaroons or chocolate brownie bites. Graduation: Coming soon!. Bachelorette/bachelor: Coming soon!
If there is anything else we can include in these packages or if you have a specific request please let us know!

Q: How will i know where my setup is?
A: We will try to set it up directly straight out from the selected beach access location you chose during scheduling. We will let you know whether to walk a little left or right if needed. The setup will also have your name on the table so you know it's for you!

Q: When do i need to pay the invoice?
A: Ideally, the invoice should be paid atleast 24 hours in advance of your setup time. However, if we have not received payment within 3 hours of your setup we will not be able to setup at the scheduled time and the appointment will have to be rescheduled or will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
